Peckhamgatecrasher
Try looking at YHA places. There is one in Thurnham, Kent (not far from Leeds Castle as it happens) which is also near a jolly good pub. nashoi
I've stayed at both these barns this year and can happily recommend them.Trevase Cottages It is quite short notice though, so if you don't get in anywhere, how about the great outdoors? This place allows cooking fires in private woodland clearings, so you could try your own hog roast and if it all goes wrong or starts raining, Brighton is 20 min away in a cab.Blackberry Wood Campsite Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/14712-anyone-know-a-good-stag-venue-for-14-people/#findComment-390778 Share on other sites

LadyTaTa
Yes, it was an unusual choice - but both their hen/stag and wedding were fantastic, so I kept my opinions to myself. deargod
I just organised a hen do here:http://www.rossholme.co.uk/country-holidays/accommodation.html Sleeps about 18, has an amazing kitchen with a huge table and two small rooms with open fires (we spent the entire time in the kitchen). It's a really lovely, higgley-piggedly type house with loads of space - and it's not perfect, so you aren't terrified of making a mess or dropping a glass. It is in the middle of nowhere though - there is an old man's pub at the end of the road, which does okish grub (and had 3 customers when we all rocked up for dinner on the Saturday night).Anyway, we loved it! And it's cheap as chips - cost us ?700 for two nights.
