I think, only if voted upon by a quorate meeting of the appropriate committee - depending on which juristiction you are in.

So for instance, it is more likely to be deemed valid by an Australian commitee that a Finnish one.

Michael P - I think you'll find that was overruled earlier this year. So the sports amendment is still very much in play though I think most options have already been used (if I'm wrong and can anyone can prove it, then of course it's time to go YOU KNOW WHERE! Otherwise, for the next 10 moves, only stations with one word in their name are valid.
