sorry i've had a quick scan of the archives but i can't find the old thread - but isn't there a comedy pub opening up a bit to the south, run by the people who used to run the Mag comedy nights? Anyone been?

It's open in October and they have some cracking nights lined up, none of which I am around for - I am gutted!

Now, I have given several people some stick for appearing out of nowhere to plug some new place but surely I have posted on here enough now to be above suspicion - I have no connection with this place at all other than as a frequent punter

Bugger. I got all excited at the idea of seeing Boothby in ED & I'm away. No idea about the place, but Boothby Graffoe is great. Rather mad, but great.

The Hob is in Forest Hill. Directly opposite the train station. You can get a 176, 185 and a 197 up there is you so desire. I think I'm gonna check it out when the reopen.
