When I first started going to the games, a crowd of 450 was considered large. Under 300 was more usual. I never imagined 2,000+ . It's great though.

DGT - yesterday was not the best "first game" but hope you enjoyed the atomsphere, the Rabble and bar - come again!

This is my first season as a regular too, but it's fairly clear Harry Ottaway has a touch of class - transformed the front row when he came on in the second half yesterday

Hi there! I'd like to surprise my boyfriend with a dulwich hamlets game on Wednesday (he's always wanted to go but Im not a massive football fan...) anyway, I don't know where to get tickets and a scarf from, I don't even know at what time this game is...

Tickets are ?3 on the turnstiles, KO is 730 so get there around 7pm and scarves will be available at the club "shed" within in the ground-all proceeds will be donated to Elton John Aids Foundation http://www.ejaf.org/

Sadly, I understand it's to be another food outlet.

I wonder what happened to the idea of selling beer out in the ground. Needed more than ever with crowds going up.

Yes, food bar apparently-having outside caterers in-outside bar is still a possibility which is needed (we stewards are getting hacked off at having to try and stop external beer brought in-at Payless it's chilled unlike Sainsburys)

They don't like it as you are taking revenue from the bar-we ask that you are discreet.

fair enough i think its just the half hour wait at the bar that puts people off.

I know what you are saying. No point in getting more bar staff as they wouldn't be able to move or you would have 4 people waiting on the same pump-so counter productive.

Could bring in a multi pint system (ie 20 pints pulled in readiness) that would mean the choice of 1 lager, 1 bitter and Guinness-bugger all else, shorts would be strictly post match only.

As I posted previously, hoping to get licence for pitchside bar but until that happens, or doesn't, we have to deal with what we have.

It's great now that a clear up by The Rabble happens at H/t and F/T doesn't make it look so bad !

Now, if you were to take an empty plastic "glass" and decant then we know nothing !!!

Hard to know what to make of the table, sitting in third, but teams around us have 3 or 4 games in hand.

Shame to lose to Lewes who are 30 points below.

That was one of the loudest games I've heard at Lewes since I've been here - really good atmosphere from what I could make out
