What did Gerrard do? If I remember correctly there was a brawl but it was far from certain who'd thrown a punch and was subsequently cleared in court. From looking at the Daily Mail CCTV shots it appears Wiltshire has more to answer.

When I was a youngun, 30 years ago, we used the word "scutter" as a derogorative and that was in Aintree, dipper land

seems to have regional variations depending where you are in Ireland. In Fermanagh it means a naughty child or someone who is mildly annoying.

"Declans child is an awful scut, he stole a chocolate bar when I wasnt looking at the shop"

I don't know how Declan ended up being implicated in all of this.
