Well I'm still feeling a bit guilty about '87. I went with my Spurs loving brother and we were in the Spurs end.I sort of had a quiet chuckle about how it turned out. Very quiet.

On the other hand I hope Spuds win nothing. :) As for racist remarks, let's wait and see what happens when caveman Terry goes to court. Ivanovic has outrageously appealed and lost. What an absolute moron, you'd have thought his club would have advised against it, oh wait, this is CSKA Fulham we're talking about!!!

Obviously the one and all bit is not true for all chelsea fans. But its an embarrassment for football as much as anything else. And I say that as a football fan. Its always sad to see when any teams fans or minority of fans let themselves down.

The minutes applause was invented to prevent these people from having a voice.

I didn't like it when spurs were crowing "mind the gap", and I don't like it when Arsenal fans do it either

Fortunes change on such small things - Spurs freefall has been enjoyable on a personal level as it means plenty to finish above them (much less qualify for CL) - but crowing in public... I dunno. We (Arsenal) were in such dire straits earlier this season, it's a testament to Wenger for turning it around. But careful what you dish out... it can come back on you

Arsenal allegiance aside, I enjoyed Spurs purple patch this season. Great football, club on the rise and all that... The easy opinion of "Arry for England" being the cause of their decline is cliched, but true IMO. For spurs fans it's plain horrible luck and timing - but it could happen to anyone. I feel for them

As I'm in the footie thread can someone have a word with Young at Man Utd - scheming, diving, 'orrible tart. To be caught once is unfortunate - to be caught again within a week suggests something much bigger

Ha ha ho ho. As foretold and predicted the mighty Chelsea mashed the fools that are THFC. All as predicted. Although CFC were poor in performance, was more than enuf 4 the inadequates that are spurs.

All as predicted.

Quids et al - in your face (knw ur a hammer arse but u do lke 2b involvd).

Up the Blues

Woah, did anyone ever tell you that you have anger management issues!!!! Pahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!! And I hope Liverpool beat the small team in Fulham, as it wouldn't be good for football if a club that has fans which jeers and boos a minutes silence doesn't deserve the steam off my piss. And that's word.

    • A bit of a long shot but I'm on the lookout for a portable pop-up counter or podium.   The kind you often see on a high street, used by charities or utility companies to advertise their wares.   I've included a photo to give you the idea. I'm a peckham-based artist and am looking for one for a free (and non-profit) community art project.  It can be in any workable condition and can already have signage on it as we will remove and redecorate ourselves.    Thanks in advance, Linzie
    • No I absolutely did not - that much is clear. Have you read the latest stories about Unite, Len and the hotel in Birmingham? The UK electorate were smart enough to reject a far-left party in 2019, let's hope they are smart enough to reject a far-right party at the next election too. If not we are all doomed.
    • I would also like to add my recommendation for James.  I had taken four names of electricians from the forum - in the order I had read the reviews.  First three no response - even days later. I phoned James this morning. He answered, gave me a time, stuck to it, messaged again 15 mins before arrival.  He fixed my problem on the spot.  Sensible charge out fee. Perfect service.
    • Most recent polls for the next election suggest it will be a hung parliament, with Reform the largest party by a fair margin. But that is predicated on Reform finding around 300 candidates who are actually electable. Given the number of Reform council candidates who have had to drop out prior to or after the local elections, does that seem likely? Social media is pretty unforgiving when it comes to finding skeletons in cupboards; a retweet or a like seems enough to scupper political ambitions. A few may defect from other parties, but do you think the electorate would really vote for so many brand new MPs from a newish party?  I'm not so sure.
