Hi there! First time Mom and our baby is due end of November. Would love to meet some moms too! Perhaps we can start with a summer soir?e / summer drink at the clock house (admittedly I have never been there but has a perfect sun spot!) and organise some meetups when everyone is on Mat leave? What's app group sound appropriate ? X

Hi all. I am due with my third (!) at the start of Feb. I have found these groups fantastic in the past and would love to meet others who will be on mat leave at the same time. From past experience I would suggest a closed Facebook group rather than a WhatsApp group due to the sheer number of posts on many different topics! Happy to set one up if others agree.

Hello! I'm due with my second in mid-January and I would also love to meet other mums! I'll join the facebook group, and I'd also be in favour of a what's app group if others were keen - I found that really useful for late night support last time round!

What an amazing gift coming ! Congratulations in place to all of you.?


If you are looking for some hours of sleep during the day after sleepless nights or wants time to go to the gym postnatal or shopping without dragging your babies around - I am offering my services for nannying from 10am to 2pm Mondays to Fridays.?


I am a mother 2 beautiful girls who are now in fulltime school and have more than enough skills and experience in caring for new borns and small children. I have a current DBS check, Basic Life Support Paediatric and Adult. Have a car to go around. If you are planning on going back to work and is looking for fulltime care solution - please feel free to PM me and maybe we can work out an arrangement.?

      Do you mean they are chopping branches from trees in your garden? I would definitely get advice on that eg from the neighbourhood police. I'm not familiar with the law, but that sounds like trespass to me, even if they are not actually standing in your garden. People are entitled to chop off branches etc which are overhanging their own garden, but I am pretty sure they are  not allowed to lean over and chop off anything in yours, whether they dislike it or not.

      Greg has done several jobs for me over the last year or so. He is quick, efficient, reliable and tidy. Prices are reasonable and he is very easy to deal with - really nice man!

      Greg is a massively skilled, talented, meticulous, careful and lovely man who can turn his hand to anything and make it beautiful. He's decorated many rooms in our formerly tatty old house, fitted a beautiful (and very complicated) bathroom, and taken on some fairly serious building jobs including structural ones implementing an engineer's design. He solves problems, works openly and collaboratively on plans, and his standards are impeccable. He's also a lovely guy to have around. I'd have him back and recommend him to anyone, with no hesitation.  By way of further testimonial, he's ended up doing work for half our street through neighbour recommendations and EVERYONE who has used his services is delighted.
