What item of men's apparel should be an essential bit of kit in every man's* wardrobe?

As Coco Chanel once said, fashion fades, style remains, so let's see how stylish the men of ED are, or not as the case may be.

Think carefully gents, denim jackets with sown on Status Quo badges was never a good look.

It doesn't have to be expensive, or formal, can just be a basic staple of a man's wardrobe, like the ubiquitous Fred Perry polo top...

I'll start the ball rolling...shoes maketh the man, so I'll go for a classic pair of Church's Oxford shoes, in black of course, a shoe for all seasons...

If this thread doesn't get Quids out of his self-imposed closet, nothing will.

* Ladies, you just stand in the corner looking sweet and giving admiring glances.

Worryingly the poodle bears more than a passing resemblence to Francis Rossi...

    • Hi Looking or man and van to move a sofa from Peckham to Gypsie hill, day or evening. ground floor to ground floor, parking right outside house, 07821 194023
    • I booked Connor to clean all my external windows plus two internal skylights and he did a great job. Polite, reliable, affordable and thorough, I would definitely recommend him. If you live in the Peckham, Dulwich area, give him a call 07514043068
    • We recently had a new bathroom and whole new flooring laid throughout our Victorian lower ground property. Lukas and his team ripped out the old and fitted everything with precision.   Lukas communicated with us along the process and found root causes of some other damp problems we had noticed but could never get to the bottom of! No job was too big or small. His team arrived promptly everyday and were so professional and polite, even tidying and cleaning up when they had finished.   We will definitely use this company again gon the future as we have had many experiences with shoddy builders in the past! Cant recommend them enough. Everything was completed on time AND for a reasonable price.    info@landl-build.com     https://www.houzz.co.uk/professionals/design-and-build/landl-building-and-maintenance-pfvwgb-pf~631498617
