Anyone else out of water??

Hi,

Low water pressure has just turned into no water, are we alone?

We are out too on Dunstans Road. Have called Thames Water and they say they are sending an engineer but had not received any other calls and did not know of any issue.

Our water is down too, on st Aidan?s road. Called Thames water and the automated system said there was a known problem in SE22 which is being addressed...

Low pressure or no water

Customers in the SE22 may be experiencing low pressure / no water, due to a burst water main in SE15.

We are continuing to repair the broken pipe. Whilst we do this we've re-routed water from another part of our network so it brings you water.

You may experience low pressure or cloudy water over the next couple of hours; this is normal and safe to drink. If your water supply is not back to normal by 23:00 please call us on 0800 316 9800 and we?ll be able to help.

We?re sorry to our customers in the SE22 area who may still be experiencing no water or lower pressure than normal.

While we continue working on the repair throughout the night, we are continuing to re-route water from another part of the network to bring customers back into supply as soon as we can.

We've been working overnight in SE22 and have now successfully re-routed our network whilst we continue to work on the repair to the burst pipe.

Customers should start to see their supplies return to normal, although you may have low pressure or cloudy water over the next couple of hours

It's ok to drink this, but if your water supply is not back to normal by 11:30am please call us on 0800 316 9800 and we will be able to help.
