Cross passenger on the 0703hrs train from East Dulwich to London Bridge (Lounged)

Recommended Posts

Has anyone else experienced or witnessed the foul mouth and temper of the chav that gets on the 0703hrs train at East Dulwich? He gets on at the front of the train and If anyone gets in his way (which can happen sometimes depending on how busy the train is.) he swears and shouts at them, the guy needs help. At best he will get himself in an awkward situation with a person who will not mind beating him up or at worst he will hurt someone.

are we judging him on the fact that he has a foul mouth, or that he's a bit poor and common and not really suitable company for the likes of us?

Speak to him in terms that he will understand.

Kiss your teeth and tell him to shut the f@/k up or you will carve him up. Also let him know that your medication takes a while to kick in and that your probation officer, social worker and psychiatrist have told you to avoid conflict. If he carries on there will be conflict and you will have to return to the big house to finish off your sentence, which you will gladly do the next time he p?@?%s you off.

I have found this works. I am not a morning person.

No indeed, it shouldn't matter at all - but it was your referring to him as a "chav" that prompted me to ask. Casually judgmental, no?

quite right. I'm a bit riled. brilliant - haven't been angry about something I've read on here in a long time.

but seriously, we're privileged to live in a nice area and this gives us licence to look down on people who don't share the privilege why? at this rate the piles of The Guardian in Budgens will soon be dwarfed by those of the Torygraph

????, glad you're on my side. (how do we pronounce that by the way?)

    • As I said, it was my understanding. I worded it very carefully. I didn't/don't know for sure, so clearly not a fact. And hardly an "opinion", which is something completely different. You have no idea what reason anybody might have had for not voting for him (unless you can point to some opinion poll results which actually asked people?)
    • Also, just to add, the threat to kill someone's dog and try to kick it, is an additional extremely unpleasant layer. I have noticed a lot of the burst water balloons lying around in the park too- that is not great for the environment either.
    • I’m basing it on the fact that Jeremy Corbyn had repeatedly and on record said he is against mandatory vaccinations in any situation, and he wouldn’t disclose wether he had the Covid vaccine himself    as I said. Not as bad as his brother but very definitely a bit weird about the whole thing. Just say you had the vaccination Jeremy, say that everyone should and stop being weird in the middle of a global pandemic    it’s the same slippery evasive nonsense about Brexit and him. About Putin poisonings and him.     if you are happy with his evasiveness then you do you.  But there is a reason the country wouldn’t get behind him
