Hi all and happy new year!

We hope to make it tomorrow if you do meet in the afternoon. Happy to meet outdoors if weather is good as I'm not sure Steff will sit on my knee for any length of time anymore! I will look on here to see what the plan is.

looking forward

Sara & Steff

Hi all and a Happy New Year! I hope you have had enjoyable breaks with family and friends.

Reading the above trail it does not look like anything has been confirmed for today/this afternoon? I do not think we can make this week but hopefully something concrete can be arranged for next week.

From a selfish perspective a 12:30/1pm meet up works best for me on a Thursday as I have baby sensory at 11:30 however I know a lot of babies are scheduled to have naps at this time and buggy napping doesn't work for all :-(

I am sure we can figure something out that accommodates. Hopefully see you next week, Gemma and Maxwell

Hey Gemma, happy new year to you! I'm happy to go back to 12:30/1:00 next week.

For this week, as it doesn't seem as though there are that many of us, Fi & I thought maybe we could meet at duck egg cafe on north cross road. There's a play area at the back of that. I could try and reserve a table? 3 pm?

Nat & Rosie xx

Hello Mums and babies,

I hope everyone is well? What would people like to do tomorrow? How was the The Old's Nuns Head for those who went? Worth another visit? I have baby sensory until 12:30 but can meet after that if anyone is up for it.

Gemma & Maxwell

Hey Gemma, we're good except Rosie has a cold and is generally feeling quite sorry for herself so we've not been out much this week. I'm really sorry but I can't do 12:30 tomorrow. Am going to meet Fi at 3:15 at clockhouse. I know that time doesn't suit you but would love to see you if you can? If anyone else can meet at the later time then please come along. And sorry again I can't do earlier tomorrow. I never made it last week either as am generally rubbish! Xx

Hello! Once again been flat out at work. Maddie a bit under the weather so probably going to stay home with her tomorrow ... So, if I do and if she is on the mend I will try and make it to the clockhouse

Hopefully next Thursday I can host with an all recovered Maddie!

Jude and Maddie x

Hello - I'm up for meeting tomorrow, earlier is better for me as I need to be home at 4ish, so I don't think I'll make it to the Clockhouse - sorry to miss you Natalie. I can get to the Old Nun's Head easily, tho I haven't been since my previous existence as a non-parent! Cleo and I could be there for 1.30.

Hope Maddie is feeling better Jude!

    • I have had multiple jobs completed at my home by T.D. PLUMBFIX SOLUTIONS LTD, and I wouldn't go to anyone else now. They always come at the agreed day/time, I have never been asked to rearrange. The jobs have always been completed to extremely high standards, and as a perfectionist myself, I appreciate this level of care and detail. I'm grateful of the clear up afterward too, leaving me very little to do after the job is done. I am always blown away by the speed and efficiency  - no waffle, no flannel, just sheer hard work from start to finish. In summary - a highly professional first class service. Don't hesitate to call T.D. PLUMBFIX SOLUTIONS LTD, if you like excellence and trade people that will respect your home.
    • Or increase tax.  The freezing of personal allowances is one way, not what I would choose.  On principle I don't care if the rich immigrate.  The main parties could have been more honest before the election.  Reform is deluded.
    • I edited my post because I couldn't be sure we were talking about politicians and I couldn't be bothered to read it all back. But it was off the back of a thread discussing labour councillors, so it went without saying really and I should have left it.  What I said was 'There's something very aggressive about language like that - it's not big and it's not clever. Some of the angry energy that comes from the far left is pretty self-defeating.' (In relation to a labour councillor rather immaturely, in my view, wearing a jumper that read 'fuck the Tories').  But I don't recall saying that "violent rhetoric" is exclusively the domain of the left wing. So I do think you're taking a bit of a bit of leap here.
