Cora
My brother is great at telling me what not to buy his family for Christmas...this year his helpful comment is 'he needs a bath toy but they're all rubbish'?!Can anyone recommend one that gives 'hours of fun' for a three yr old?Thank you. njc97
Toys R Us (and other shops) do Octonauts toys that go in the bath - my son loves his Gub-B and Kwazii kitten. susyp
you can get dress up dolls for the bath - they 're brilliant. not need for too much interaction. letters are great too but i am normally knackered at bath time and like to go and lie on her bed for 5 mins while she plays!! i do dolls daddy does letters. susypxoops just read its for a boy. maybe they do boys ones too. or maybe he doesn't care!we got bought those crayons - she loved them - i hated them, just made my clean bath look dirty! Strawbs
I have more bath toys than we can poke a stick at but he loves his bath book that squeaks and also we got a set of stacking cups which happen to have holes in the bottom so he has one of those in the bath and loves to watch the water come out the bottom. We were also given a yellow duck which if you wind up its legs spin and he gets a lot of enjoyment out of me winding it up and letting the legs spin like mad x Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/26920-wtd-bath-toy-recommendation/#findComment-594752 Share on other sites

etta166
The foam letters are great. We also have a floating xylophone that my children love (but I hate). dullwitch
How about a water trumpet? I've bought one from Fun Learning, but they sell them on Amazon too. It looks like fun. They fill up the trumpet with water to make the correct notes. It comes with music cards too.
