Doesn't Pret count as a poncy hipster faux street food outlet that looks down upon good ole working class fare such as bacon butties on sliced white with marge offering, instead, lemon mayo & crayfish on wholewheat bread?

Such anger. I don't understand it.

Good to know, thanks. And good luck to them.

Regarding MoJo Audio, the main man there fixed my turntable buzzing issue (cabling was buggered) and he put a stylus on for me too.

He did what he said he'd do. So I recommend him.

Now I've got vinyl back on at home, which is probably pi$$ing the neighbours off...

    • I hope witnesses are phoning 999 to report a crime in progress.
    • Under Section 3 of Criminal Law Act 1967 ANY PERSON may use such force as necessary in the prevention of crime or assisting in the arrest of offenders or suspected offenders. Key message is the force used must be proportionate.  Sadly many of these offenders carry knives (such as the two who stabbed people in Bishopsgate when bystanders intervened. The offenders were subsequently tracked down but it might have been a murder enquiry but for a few millimetres.) Therefore robust action should only be taken if you are confident. As per the previous post, your actions will be scrutinised but could be completely lawful.
    • And at about 8 I saw a phone being snatched on Grove Vale-as well as horrible for the victim it was incredibly dangerous.  Bike rider rode along pavement at high speed and then continued on to cut into road in equally dangerous manner
    • Leon is a fantastic electrician. He's recently done a couple of jobs for us during a renovation. He's done them brilliantly. The standard of the work is exceptional - we've had some other electricians in who haven't done anywhere near as great a job. Also, he's brilliant at communicating about the job at hand in a clear and concise way. Would highly recommend!
