I have just walked through the Car wash area outside Sainsburys, with my dog. I saw this very still looking cat with it's nose almost touching the pavement. As it didn't quite look right I approached it slowly. It paid me or my dog no attention whatsoever, but as I was very close I could hear a loud wheezing sound and could see its sides moving in and out. The hut it is sitting outside of has the door wedged open, I don't think anyone can be living there and no-one answered when I knocked and called out. This poor little cat is in dire need of some medical attention. Any suggestions?

Did you manage to catch it? Just been up there , no sign but saw a street cleaner who said he sees lots of cats there and someone is feeding them. Gave him my number and he said he will call if he sees it.

I've tried private messaging you but no answer. Lots of people are prepared to help this cat but none of us have actually seen it. Do you walk through there often, could you contact the telephone number supplied by bcam if you see it again. Thanks.

    • Ah sorry, it was comedy.
    • I have never used AI in my life. It's just notes from my forthcoming monograph on light industry in Dulwich and Camberwell 1879-1946 (dates chosen for obvious reasons).
    • Thank you, this really made me chuckle. It's like you met my brother as he would be the one taking more than his share. Plus the 'pikey' chutney is a winner. Unusual as in can't be identified??? Sadly I'm not the host otherwise I would definitely do that I regularly shop in the Cheese Block and am a fan. But as people have pointed out, there is no cheese shop that charges less based on bulk, so Aldi unusual cheeses may be what the familam receive! Yay, so I can get discounted mouse nibbled cheese still! Oooo, now I do love a Stinking Bishop. It actually offends my stepmum by it's stinkiness but luckily she is not one of the attendees at this particular gathering.  This is blooming genius. It's actually my partner who has the biggest issue with buying in plastic so I will have to hide the wrappers from him!
