Some people can't even afford to eat, let alone eat healthily.

If they can buy 8 burgers for ?1 and their kids get a hot meal, doesn't mean they are thick, just means they are doing their best to look after their families as best they can.

PaulK - As I'm veggie, this thread doesn't apply to me anyway, but not for the first time, I find your attitude appalling.

I know people who buy the cheap burgers because they like them and can't afford expensive burgers.

If its so easy to feed 4 people for ?1, let me know your secret PaulK.

Haha. My favourite...

First horse meat is found in tescos burgers. Reports coming in that camel toe has been found in Primark leggings.

My housemate just bought 8 chicken legs for a ?1 in Sainos.

Don't all rush down there at once. ;-)

(At that price they're probably frog, not chicken.)

    • I'd like to add a recommendation for Andy. He very helpfully fitted in my smallish job of putting up a couple of curtain poles so I could get some curtains up before a visitor was staying. He was very easy to communicate with, thoughtful and did a great job. Will definitely use him again.
    • @Insuflo Couldn't agree more - the whole focus on immigration.  Wrote to Ellie yesterday on this saying in my peer group there are more important issues. Don't necessarily agree on other things you have posted but this is the forum at its best having real debate
    • I've been seeing Will Westwood for an issue with my shoulder (New Gym Routine🙄) Due to Surgery I've had some time ago I need an osteopath who knows their stuff but is gentle. I hit the jackpot with Will! When I first saw him I could'nt lift my arm at all and was in real pain and discomfort. Thanks to Will's expertise and the exercises he told me to do my shoulder is 99% recovered with mobility restored and strength coming back. I honestly cannot reccomend Will enough- he took time every visit to listen to how I was doing, and check my progress then tailored the session accordingly-I was very low when I went to see him for the first time wondering if I'd ever be 'fixed'..and now I'm back fully in the gym. Thank you so much Will!
    • This is my main objection. I don't like the rhetoric. In terms of a 'digital ID', we already have one effectively, they're just formalising it / giving it a name.
