I would also like to add my recommendation for Roger at Critter Solutions - incredibly polite, reliable, trustworthy and such a great person.  He assisted with a rat issue (came the next morning!), and gave various recommendations and sorted the issue.  Can't recommend enough - thank you!

Another recommendation for Roger. He came round promptly to inspect my loft as I was worried I had mice in there. He checked it thoroughly and found no evidence of pests, and refused to take any payment for the trouble of coming out! Thank you Roger!
