What is your favour restaurant in East Dulwich. I am looking to take a few friends out to dinner on Monday evening = not the best day of the week to eat out. They do not have any diet restrictions. Just looking for somewhere with a nice atmosphere and good food. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank you

Bunch of places depending on what you want. Maria?s Tortilla on LL is fantastic, I also enjoy Yama Momo also on LL. On the Peckham side Forza Win, Babb Bahn, Artusi and Coal Rooms are all worth a look. Not been to any of them post lockdown but they were reliable prior to that.
Don?t know if it is open on Mondays but Kartuli is a bit different - not fancy dining but the food is good and it?s in an interesting space. Not a buzzy/trendy atmosphere - more friendly family neighbourhood restaurant. Try Yama Momo or Forza Wine if trendy is more your thing - though I find YM a bit ?? personally.

    • Well thanks for enriching the conversation.  Would you chuck Fah - rage in too for his tax avoidance on his property?   I expect it was lead story on Jeremy Vine too.  Doesn't make it a story, just a bit more of BBC tabloid style sensationalism.  There are numerous real news stories in the UK and across the world.  And now, apt for Halloween, you have summoned up the ghost of Louisa. So for the third time, will you now eat humble pie?
