This is a great opportunity!

The areas most desirable in East Dulwich are roads off Dulwich Grove, Lordship Lane, East Dulwich Road and Barry Road.

I don't live in a "desirable area". Are you still interested in me? Please?

My one bedroom ex-local authority sh*t hole is vermin infesteed, the lifts smell of piss and my neighbours are crack dealers but with a lick of magnolia and the smell of fresh coffee I'm sure with your help I could pimp myself on the property ladder in no time.

Is this the one with the blond women with big tits?

Get back to me.

Property123 - I think you're not leveraging your main asset here. Should you not be asking if people fancy having this chap in their "area most desireable" for a day?

You guys are so funny! Man, this has got to be a set up by a Radio 4 comedy - when people ring the number above, they get Alistair McGowen impersonationg Phil and Kristie, no???

As re-processions roll on, particularly once all the greedy buy to letters stick their failing investments on the market, property shows will quickly be out of fashion.

Too true.. in fact the simple promise of a breathy phone call from Phil and Kirstie (I love my women strong and my men cheeky) would be enough for me....

Well some good may come from this recession yet.

Seriously I understand why you would make a show about architecture but this property market bollocks is unfathomable wank. And am I to understand that this particular one doesn?t even feature a set of large bosoms?

And yes I did start that last sentence with the word and. And what are you going to do about it ?ey?

    • I’m currently conducting exploratory research into menstrual health education in UK secondary schools and would really value the insight of PSHE leads, Heads of Year, or pastoral staff.    The research aims to understand:   How the menstrual cycle is currently taught within the RSHE framework Where schools feel confident — and where there may be gaps Whether students are taught and  asking questions around the full menstrual cycle, symptoms, wellbeing and conditions such as PMS/PMDD or endometriosis How schools support students in feeling empowered to understand their bodies and seek help appropriately Whether education around nutrition, lifestyle, and menstrual wellbeing is currently addressed   The long-term goal is to explore whether there is a need for additional, age-appropriate, medically informed support on the menstrual cycle.  I’m not selling a programme and there is no obligation beyond a 30 minute informal chat online (Unpaid). All conversations will be confidential and used only to inform the research. If you work in a UK secondary school and would be willing to share your perspective, I would be extremely grateful to hear from you. Please comment below or email me [email protected] Thank you for the vital work you do. Best wishes, Emma
