We Moosiz are all obsessed with dairy products. Look forward to meeting you in person, PGC.

Hannahspanner, it can be a bit nerve-wracking coming to a first Forum drink, but it's easier than you might think to identify the Forumites, and everyone is very friendly.

Edited 'cos I've just seen Buggie's post - of course we did! My goodness, this thread is doing irreparable harm to my already far-from-flawless reputation. Ahem.

Hi

Just a quick question about what time do the festivities begin?

Im hoping it will be painfully obvious who you all are given Ive not been before.. Or alternatively I will look for the sign GEORGIA or SteveT if its true it will be there?

thanks

I'll come by for a bit as recommended for a nice non alcoholic beverage. Also hoping everyone will be wearing large signs with their forum names. I'll be the one trembling with fear and apprehension (as, judging by this thread, will be a few others).

I'm flat hunting tomorrow. That go even more horribly wrong!

    • The young ones can bite car tyres around this time of year - I assume they do it for the thrill of the hiss or something like that.  We had a spate of damaged tyres and thought it was a disturbed person or at a stretch an environmental protestor taking it too far, but caught a fox on a house camera.
    • Although this sounds worrying, a "bitey" fox is unusual. I see foxes all the time where I live near Rye Lane and have never experienced this. I've even seen a fox sitting in the garden where an outdoor cat lives, whilst the cat was there - the cat was fine and is still alive. I think my flat is on a fox path because I hear and see them most nights, none of the local cats seem bothered by them. I can't help but wonder what would make the fox act in such a way, I've just read that toxoplasmosis might make them more aggressive
    • Purse with cash and cards (including photo card) found in road local to East Dulwich Tabernacle. It will be here (107 Barry Road) all day (Sunday 21 December) if you want to collect or PM me.  In case some one else who knows R Howard, please alert her.    Thank you
    • Thanks Sue.  No the car just drove on.  We don't know if they noticed.  We were driving behind.  We were just glad we could be with the cat, and take him to the vet, rather than leaving him there 😞
