Snorky

I think Snorky generally talks sense! Perhaps the way in which (s)he does it may offend some people, but I think it's fair play.

I know this proves nothing, but the other day Snorky did post something about taking Mrs Snorky for a meal, so I'm guessing the Snorky character at least is a bloke.

Of course snorky also went through a phase of saying 'word' in that strange fingers pointed, lost normal use of arms type way that youths are prone to these days. That's the problem with t'internet, alot of strange men out there pretending to be women, I don't see why the reverse shouldn't be true; my god we've even got two examples of severe egoanthropomorphism going on in our own fair forum, a fish and a dog who thinks it's the ides of march. Come back batdog, we miss you.

That all said, yeah, you're probably right keef.

Snorky has to be a bloke!! I thought he/she had a certain air of grouchy maleness about him/her. I'm all confused now - I'll have to go and read all his/her posts!!

Snorky, are you a girl?

Oh, and yes, I am interested in what he/she has to say. Him/her and everyone!

To answer the question, yes I am.

By the way, if I have learned anything about snorky you will have made his day with that post, which I'd guess is not your intention. Unless you ARE snorky... why, you cunning little minx!

    • Sorry, probably a silly question, but if you can get the same pills online for a third of the price, why would you continue to buy them from the vet? Have I missed something here?
    • There were several music events in Brockwell Park over the past few days (the same ones as there have been for a few years). https://www.brockwell-live.com/ Remains to be seen what damage there has been to the park itself but in general they're well policed and the crowds aren't especially rowdy. I've been myself to several over the years and frankly enjoy the energy and buzz they bring to Herne Hill - as long as it's not at the expense of the trees and wildlife in the park!
    • Hi Katie, I'm sorry to hear what happened to you. I have been worried something like this might happen to me and so I've had dash & rear cameras from Nextbase (https://nextbase.co.uk/dash-cams/) installed in my car. It cost me £160 + about £50 for a professional installation. No wires visible, no need to charge it (it's plugged into the car) and peace of mind should something like this happen. It turns on/off automatically when I start/switch off the car, and it also activates automatically if your car is parked and someone bumps into it. I like that I don't need to do anything with it, but it's there if I ever need it.
