Dopamine1979 - this one is so very literal - it was 'What's The Matter With Kids Today?'from the OST of Bye Bye Birdie segueing into 'Police Car' by Larry Wallis.

You are truly gifted, friend.

Use it wisely.

El Pibe, thanks for the welcome.

Strong and clear I'm getting The Smiths 'William It Was Really Nothing', only you will (!) know what William's involvement may have been.

Uncanny. This is simply amazing! Good work sir.

May I be as bold to suggest you had 'Shoot from the Hip' by Lloyd Cole & the Commotions on your brainpod when you started this fine thread? Which, come to think of it, is not unlike a rather sophisticated version of the song game thread. I would insert a smiley emoticon here if it wasn't for the fact I know you dislike them so.

Actually Numbers it's what I like to call a sopsychicated* version of the song game, and while I'm not fond of using emoticons myself, I am reasonably tolerant of others indulging. At least today.

* Note to any Dragons - dig the neologism - see what you're getting here.

Thanks for the welcome back Otta.

I'm getting Genesis, The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway. Well done.

GingerB think, ponder, you have heard it, you just don't know you did at the time perhaps because your IBrain was skipping.

KENNY - THE BUMP

That should do it.

There.

Well done GingerB, the first one always is.

I'm decidely getting 'Been Caught Stealing' by Jane's Addiction - well I would, wouldn't I.

Real-time retro, incidental, backcloth revelations (at a price) will perk up any Dragon but a dream-score is surely where the fat money is.

I have this recurring nightmare - NorthX rd market and amid the splashing of dairy fats I am being chased by a giant Moog... (this is a gimme for which I hope to earn points on my loyalty card)

Oh, and if you have anything for the usual home haunting that doesn't involve R. Dean Taylor I'd be grateful.

    • No, I didn't make a any comment, just posted a link. Clearly posting a link without a comment is seen as an opportunity to pile in on the poster, thanks.
    • In posting the link, that you may or may not have read, did you have a view?  I don't believe you are neutral. It's a sensationalist headline but misleading.  The heat pump sector is crying out for reduction in electricity costs and this is one way it could be achieved. Time would be better spent taking time to digest the article.
    • It’s even worse this weekend, the bass is unbearable.    The fact SE22 is getting upset about something in an entirely different Borough probably suggests how bloody loud it is that we can still hear it from here!? It must be awful for those living right next to it as I feel stressed enough from half an hour away. I don’t see any benefit to the local community, it blocks off our green spaces, makes it deeply unpleasant to be at home every weekend, and most attending will be from outside of the area. I also wonder if these events are the reason there are so many dead fish currently bobbing around the lake in brockwell park? Pretty miserable for the local wildlife too.
