Also a returning customer. Greg has arrived quickly in response to a couple of plumbing emergencies. Latest response was a cracking 20 minutes (he happened to be passing). He had to remove bathroom tiles to solve the problem, made sure I understood the issue first, and did a neat and tidy job. Confirmed replacement hardware was suitable and installed it as soon as it arrived. Responsive, professional, reasonable prices and a lovely guy all round. Highly recommended.

Will be definately using Greg again. We needed a tap fitting in the kitchen. No easy feet as you had to be a contarshonist to even get at the fitting. All replaced and left immaculate within the hr.

Thank goodness for Greg. I had an awful situation whereby I was notified that water was leaking from my flat into the flat below me. I was 150 miles away at the time and had a panicked journey home not knowing what I was going to face.   I called Greg (after seeing reviews on the forum) as soon as I arrived home in the evening and he arrived just after 10pm and was able to shut off the problem. He had to come back to finalise the job which turned out to be caused in a communal area whereby there was a blockage in the stack pipe.  

Greg worked quickly, efficiently and informed me every step of the way as to what he was doing and why. He also cleaned up really well afterwards.  Greg's charges are very reasonable and he will definitely be my "go-to" if I have any other plumbing issues in the future.

Greg came out at last minute notice to address a leak at the flat. He stayed for 90 mins to try and fix it but turned out it was a communal pipe. He was quick to write a report so we could get Southwark onto it. Great plumber, would recommend highly.
