bon3yard
Is it my imagination or has the 'Size of womens minges' thread gone? Is this political correctness gone mad? Why are discussions about dicks allowed, nay encouraged but as soon as the Flaps make an appearance as a topic of debate than its swiftly removed. I know that as a riposte to the tackle issue it was a pretty predictable response but please Administrator please dont draw the beef curtains on this one... Asset
I'm glad it's gone, I think the tackle thread and the arse thread should join it. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/3436-foul-wheres-the-rude-thread-gone/#findComment-107062 Share on other sites

HonaloochieB
Well spotted Annaj, I can be such a berk at times. I was distracted by the image of Bon3yard having a 'Bulldog from Frasier' moment. Horsebox
annaj Wrote:-------------------------------------------------------> Isn't that what bon3yard just said?> > Don't tell me you don't know what a berk is....annaj, I'm always surprised when people don't know what a berk is, and also by the way that the word is used quite liberally, usually by people who's sensibilities would be offended by the very word itself. Asset
berk or burk derives from rhyming slang - Berkshire Hunt. And I never knew that until just now. mightyroar
I agree with Asset I think they should all go. They make the lounge look pretty tatty. They should be stashed away out of sight not left on the coffee table.I am going to use Berk more frequently now though. good fact for the day Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/3436-foul-wheres-the-rude-thread-gone/#findComment-107157 Share on other sites
SeanMacGabhann
well, if PeckhamGateCrasher and Mike Paeleantologist stop flirting with each other on the tackle thread it might fade into obscurity.... bon3yard
Actually the word 'Berk' derives from the name of the 15th century Mayor of Falmouth who was called Solomon Burke. A famously stupid individual who mustered a flotilla of fishing boats and attempted to mount an assault on The Spanish Mainland after The Earl of Salamanca insulted his honour by pointing out that the Mayors wife smelled of wee and cheese(A point roundly agreed upon by all present). As you can imagine a fleet of 24 trawlers was never going to be much of a match for the Armada at Spains disposal and all were killed save Burke who was savagely humiliated by being saddled up and used to great affect as the tawdry show pony of the vengeful earl. Sad, but funny. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/3436-foul-wheres-the-rude-thread-gone/#findComment-107280 Share on other sites
