I haven’t even had a response to my emails re the refund, and when it was closed over Christmas for an equipment failure too.
I haven’t seen any terms, not sure that would be a fair term either.
perhaps we will also have to send a letter before action, - what a shame. They should really do the right thing.
I'm sure they have some ridiculous caveat that you could/should be using facilities at another venue... I'm sure I read that in their terms and conditions somewhere...
