What development would most improve your life, benefit the environment, and all that.

I vote for a multi-device power adapter, which you could plug any device into to power/charge up. No more dragging around multifarious adapters for various devices. Sometimes half my bag seems to comprise nothing but!

From a selfish point of view I'd love to see dedicated Cycle roads rather than lanes...I witnessed another sad aftermath of a bike being dragged under a car in Herne Hill the other night. Puts you off cycling it really does.

I'd like to be able to drive a huge pickup truck - with ludicrously pumped-up suspension - down to SMBS every Saturday to collect my organic cress. Whilst firing off an automatic weapon out of the window and listening to death metal.

I'd like a (.php/ J2MEE/ Midi2.0 etc etc) script which stopped people replying seriously to a Jrussel thread, even when they know they're being trolled as they do so. Perhaps a shock through the keyboard when they hit the "post message" button.

And a soundtrack I could play out over my phone when I'm in the pub to make it sound like I'm in the office.

back on top, a Universal Mouse , so I can point at anything, not just stuff on my screen. I kep trying to point things out in the real world, or on other peoples screens at work with my mouse.

It should just know where I'm looking and damn well point at it.
