Plasterer - Aaron

Hi,

We used a plasterer called Aaron (07773 410 661) He was brilliant. I felt completely assured by him. He really knows what he is doing. He always arrived on time, did what he said he would do (and a bit more) and was completely professional, likeable and trustworthy. Thoroughly recommend him.

I would like to add my recommendation. Aaron recently did some plastering work for us and it was of a very impressive quality. He was very careful not to make a mess and turned up on time and was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with his work. The rate he charged was reasonable - quite a bit lower than two other quotes I had. The finish on the walls was perfect. I'm going to use him again soon.

Another recommendation for Aaron. We just had him re-board and plaster out living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Amazing job - he not only completed what he originally quoted to a lovely finish, but went beyond that in a bunch of ways (sorting out/filling hole in cupboards, doing a bit extra on some other extra walls, etc. All a friendly and lovely experience, very highly recommended. We'll definitely try and get him again when possible!

Aaron recently completely re-plastered my 1930's living/dining through room including arch, two chimney breasts (one rendered compatible with open fires), walls and ceiling. He completed the work to a high finish and is a fast worker, thorough and hard-working. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would use him again without hesitation.

I used Aaron for the second time to do some plastering in my flat just before Christmas. Once again he was punctual, polite and reasonably priced. He did a few extras for me and left his working area clean and tidy.

Would highly recommend for any plastering work you might need.

Another huge thumbs up for Aaron. Agreed to a job last week and even finished it today on a bank holiday Monday. He did a great job, was really clean and reasonably priced. Aaron even removed the radiator with no hassle after another plasterer asked me to get a plumber to do it. Good guy and works really hard!

    • I think that charity shops are - in general - no longer the place for bargains and affordable items, as they used to be.  It's a little ridiculous that you can spend the same for a second hand item as you can for new. We donate to two particular ones that are not overpriced, because we want our donations to go to people that need them, and are affordable.
    • Try Bunhead Bakery in Herne Hill.  I’ve seen items with whipped cream on them. They have an Instagram account which also displays photos of cream topped goods.
    • @Penguin68 I find your post really weird and frankly  a bit creepy. The discussion is about the fact that a charity shop has a sale on and whether their pricing and stock policy has changed. To twist that into an attack on government fiscal policies and an oblique snipe at the cross party supported assisted dying legislation, passed with clear support from the majority of the public, is just bafflingly bizarre. I am relieved that you stopped short of blaming Southwark Council or TfL. There is no contradiction between the intent of the assisted dying bill and the work of hospices, it does not force doctors to do anything and suicide doesn’t exist- it was abolished as a crime in 1961.  If you wish to raise yet another argument you have already lost, I suggest you start a new thread rather than divert this one off topic.
