Lambeth Country Show 2008

Is anyone popping along to the Lambeth Country Show this weekend?

For those who've never been, it's in Brockwell park, near Hearne Hill station (37 bus), and runs Saturday and Sunday. There is a petting zoo, sheep dog demonstrations, a "village green" area that has brass bands and stuff like that, and a main stage that has various live bands. There are also lots of stalls.

I'm going to go tomorrow weather permitting.

I'll be there on Sunday with the HMU petanque squad. We'll be drinking cider and playing petanque on the red gravel football pitch.

Sadly not Keef. Things changed this year wiv the application rules combined with poor and bad management... *sighs*
