celebrity big brother - not happy with what I've just seen!

Recommended Posts

Has anyone else watched tonight's show? I know it's post-watershed, and I am far from prudish, but watching Z list celebrities partaking in a "pole dancing club" themed task was a step too far for me. Was anyone else offended by this? I also watched these 'celebrities' in outfits bordering on explicit. To name but one of a few, Lionel Blair appeared to be wearing a plastic/leather American police uniform and some rather unnecessary foul language was used. Are television standards falling or am I just getting old? I had to switch over.

Was that the one that took AS to court because she didn't feel that the ?100,000.00 per year job she got as a result of winning The Apprentice, was of no value?

Sorry but bragging about taking part in orgies to me constitutes being a mouthy little whore.

there is nothing wrong with a woman enjoying sex, what I do find sad ( as a woman and far from a prudish one) is bragging on telly about it.

Still its tabloid tv after all.

Funding crisis is getting worse and the VAT on Education pushed children out of independent schools, now their SEND needs are to be met by the state.
    • I completely agree with you - and last night was really terrible where I am. Between midnight and 1am was the worst, where it genuinely felt like a war zone. I had to run out of my house to try and stop a grown man setting them off in open space right by our front doors. In response he went to throw a half lit one at me and then seemed to think better of it. I am so sad at how bad the situation has got here and how selfish people are. Fireworks are bad for the environment and for pets and wildlife, as well as just being unnecessary noise for people too. I have sent an email today to Helen Hayes, which I have done previously on this issue. Would advise anyone to write to your MP to do the same, and to ask them to engage with the debates scheduled for 19 Jan.
    • And they started long before midnight!
