Suggestions for UK family holiday

Would love any recommendations or tips for family holiday summer this year, with 4 yr old and new baby.

Open to idea of farm / beach holiday but seems so much choice it's impossible to know where to start.

Our regular holiday spots are Dorset - the coast between Bridport and Lyme Regis) and Northumberland by the cost around Alnmouth. Dorset has the fossil coast, Abbotsbury swannery and children's farm, Lyme Regis and lots more. Northumberland has beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches, lots of castles to visit.

We stayed at the Olde House in Cornwall last year. Stone cottages on a working farm. Indoor swimming pool, play barn and play ground. It's located near Padstow near some great beaches. Brilliant for families..

We stayed at Court Farm cottages near Bude last year, my. 3 year old is still talking about it!

We went to Dorset every year when the kids were very young- started at Swanage (loads of sand) when they were small and as they grew and were able to manage the coast path, worked our way up the coast- (not much sand further west except a bit at Charmouth) Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Kimmeridge Bay- great walks.

I know quite a few families who have been to the isle of Wight and the kids have come back raving about it.
