Need recomendation for Sports Massage

Hi,

I was hoping someone might be able to offer a recommendation for a sports massage locally, I am based Nunhead, but anywhere in the Peckham/ED area is fine.

Never had one done but have been suggested this would help with general aches as pains as I do a lot of exercise but also with a current and painful bout of sciatica.

The fella at the Dulwich Therapy Rooms was excellent. There is a lady there who does good relaxtion massages but for a proper sports massage, go with the fella.

apologies if anyone else has mentioned this but crystal palace sports injury clinic were good for me when I had done a lot of damage allotment gardening. Reasonably priced but be prepared for a serious deep massage. They deal with athletes and it's not a chill out relaxing massage but a serious deep tissue work out!

I highly recommend Claudia at Dulwich Therapy Room above Health Matters. Both my husband and I go to her. PM me if you need her contact, as she practises out of Waterloo and Greenwich as well...in case that's more convenient for some reason.
