Sweet shop closing

yes, very sad. They did say it was going on facebook. It was a lovely little shop. A lot of really nice shops seem to be disappearing. All that will be left soon is estate agents & hairdressers :(

I wish local people could save it, perhaps a protest let's get together and try and get it reopened,

cheaper rents for small business that's what the government said,

Helping our local shops, not supporting big stores like tescos,sainsburys,etc

Hi, just to set the record straight?. I bought the shop some time ago, and will now soon be opening a shop of my own. I am a small independent. Infact it is my first shop. I loved the sweet shop myself, it was wonderful. I bought many sweets there myself. But my passion is dogs. It will not be a dog grooming parlour, but it will be a dog shop. A shop for dog lovers like myself. I have spent a great deal of my time collecting dog related antiques. A graduate from St. Martins College of Art, I worked in the fashion industry for many years. Please come and see what I have to offer without being too judgemental. At least I am not an Estate agent or a hairdressers?.
