Space for 30th

Hi, We are looking for recommendations on where to hold a 30th. really like the upstairs room in the clockhouse but think it may just be too small. Similarly the upstairs at the EDT would be too big....anyone know anywhere in between?

A new owner, new leaseholder or a new investor?

ETA: It's owned by Enterprise Inns, to the best of my knowledge.

The Palmerston has a new function room but I have absolutely no idea how big it is! Might be worth a look as their food is delicious.
