Room for a 5 person meeting

I need to catch up for a meeting with 4 other colleagues (we do our quarterly catchups in each other's neighbourhoods), are there any recommendations for a pub, cafe that can rent out a room for an afternoon?

Great to have an internet connection and maybe a bit screen we could put a presentation on or something.

Budget.....very very limnited...this is coming out of our own pocket.
