So you post somethng completle offensive about Munich that gets removed by Admin

Then when people point out how revolting that is back you start shouting about people hiding behind their keyborads and ranting away in wannabee hoolie language like 'Mug'...and ranting about cliques just because everyone else, including decent Liverpool supporting posters, were pulling you up for this

Then I think you made a really lukewarm apology

Then you say that I should chill as if this was all just a bit of banter

I suggest you go on the pathetic hooligan sites like rivals and ITK if you think you're such a holiee

Come on man leave it now, what can I possibly say, yes it was a bit Leary of me and there is no wonder I got the reception I did for it. So come on forget it and move on, I wont do it again it was a joke that was in really bad taste, I'm well known for my inability to comply with the PC fraternity.

A message to you Rooney - If there was ever an object lesson in what not to say before a game of this magnitude, it came from the mouth of the Shrekalike, who had a piss poor game yesterday yet turned his anger on his team mates rather than taking a long hard look at himself. Wayne "always a blue" Rooney gave Liverpool the best gee up, as if they needed one, by saying how much he hated Liverpool. You'd have thought Fergie would have advised against such folly. Until Rooney curbs this unappealing trait of his he will never realise his full potential. Would love to be around when Rooney goes back to his native Liverpool to see the kind of reception he gets!!

Before we all get carried away, the mancs will still win the league, it's theirs to lose.

Great performance by the Arsenal yesterday. Disgusting challenge by Diouf on Almunia which should have seen him walk. He took his standing leg with studs up,which is exactly what broke Eduardos leg. Strangely the vile mound of lard that is Allardyce thought is merited just the yellow. He is a coont and no mistake. As for Pedersens "simulation" I just wonder how much of a fuss would have been made had if it had been a man in red and white. It was a disgrace.Well done to Eboue for going someway to redeeming himself.

Shrek deserves everything he gets,I must say though that I would have thought Fergie would have advised against making stupid remarks like the "hate" thing and then allowing them on the club website. Talk about motivating the opposition.

His fued with BBC is apparently due to the things that were said about his son.

He refused to speak to Sky yesterday though. Think that there's a stipulation on the contract that says someone has to do a post match interview, but it doesn't have to be the manager. He was properly slated on SSN this morning for disappearing after a loss.

Sorry, sorry, sorry, but........

I'll leave it now Sandperson and Red devil, however yesterday was just immense. United will have to royally **** up if they go on to lose the league now, but it's given us a glimmer of hope.

Okay, I'll carry on then. ;-) Look at all those empty seats - more than half the United fans (won't call it support, because it wasn't) had left before the final whistle.

In all seriousness though, hate it when people gloat. I thought we could turn them over, but I never expected. 1-4!!!!!!!!!!!

That dive by Pederson would have been hilarious had it not been such a disgrace. I hope he gets some kind of punishment! Talking of unsporting behaviour, the one thing I was unhappy with yesterday was the Liverpool players who wouldn't leave the ref alone ahead of the sending off, there is no need for it, and in the past it's been the sort of thing I haven't liked about some United players. Don't want to see that from the likes of Carra and Sami.

I just saw that dive this morning as well. Outrageous it was

I want to add my tuppence to the liverpool praise as well. Any week where you stick 8 goals past real madrid and man u has to be a week to bask a little bit. Plus i think man u can lose it. . Keep believing

Surely Vidic's act of professionalism in hauling Gerrard to the ground was worse than Sami and Carra balancing out United's own attempt to influence Ref that Rio had situation covered as last man? (To thus avoid red card)

I thought Alan Wiley had a great game as Ref - I dread to think how it'd have turned out if United had their own man, Steve Bennett, Refereeing the game.

On a completely different footballing planet, there's an opportunity to watch live local non-league football for FREE on Tuesday night (17th) when Dulwich Hamlet give free admission to their league match in aid of comic relief. More details have just been posted in the 'What's On' section of this forum.

So 2 wrongs make a right do they? I'd rather not behave like that and win the moral highground, but there we go.

Anyway, was just a small point, doesn't take away from the result, just bugged me a bit when I watched the highlights again last night. No one else mentioned it though, so maybe it was just me.

Guess you're right about passion Matthew, but where do you draw a line? I always remember Roy Keane and Co getting right in a refs face, and that more than anything was the reason I don't like the man. Passion is passion, but surrounding a ref to get another player in to trouble is just a pussy boy thing to do.

Yesterday , hot and sunny, a ramble in rural Kent, followed by a couple of pints in Hoopers with Jah Lush watching Spurs beat Villa, putting the cap on a great weekend of results

I'm sure there are better ways to spend a Sunday - I just can't think of them

    • Dear families,   My name is Eleanor. I’ve worked in NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services for the past eight years, and I’m about to begin an Infant Observation course in preparation for psychotherapy training. I’m looking for a baby to observe as part of this training.   The observation involves me visiting a baby and their parent for one hour a week over two years, with the aim of deepening my understanding of early emotional and developmental processes. Taking part is a generous contribution to the training of future child psychotherapists — ultimately supporting the mental health of children and families.   Both of my own children were observed as babies, which I found to be a really positive experience. Having an observer gently witness my babies’ development helped me notice their weekly changes in a new way, and I came to appreciate the calm, consistent presence of a trained observer. I was sad when the observations ended!   If you — or someone you know — is expecting a baby due before the end of February*, I would love to hear from you. You can contact me at +44 7977 910018 or [email protected].   Best wishes, Eleanor
