I had to peg it out of here today after they tried to charge me ?6 for a small bit Cheddar. The man in there isn't very polite either.

Respect for their selection of food but it's ridiculously overpriced.

What does a man being a complete fanny mean or were you just shocked by the cost of the cheese? If Lidl sold the same product at half the price I'd head there too regardless of how sound the guy was.

Fantastic place run by a great guy. Granted their cheese isn't priced at supermarket levels, but good value for the quality and range on offer.

Not feeling it I'm afraid. Always willing to pay a bit extra for the right ingredient(s) but bad vibes from man vs overpriced goods isn't really my bag.

But Mr.Wilson didn't indicate what type of cheddar it was so it could be comparing apples with apples, though I expect not.

Mr. Rao is a jolly nice chap and his cheese is very cheesy. I've never witnessed poor hygiene in there and probably the long queues of customers that will be thronging his shop between now and Christmas haven't either
