Was the traditional way until around 30 years ago, still the only way in many places up north! Best to ask if you're concerned as many may still fry fish in same oil as sausages / pies etc.

    • You get what you pay for.  It’s an excellent gym, with a great atmosphere and personal care from a knowledgeable and professional staff.  The Sharp family, who own it, are on site all the time providing support and advice and the PTs are excellent.  It’s in a completely different class to a chain gym.  I can’t recommend it highly enough. 
    • There is an ED shop which I avoid going to as much as possible as they rarely have price labels on their goods - there are other places as well in the area.
