To reinforce ????'s point - the UK lottery odds are about 1 in 14 million.

The Euro Lottery the odds are, I believe, worse.

1/14,000,000 = 0.000000007% probability of winning - which is, for all working purposes very very close to ZERO. Those holding no ticket at all have only marginally less chance of winning than someone holding a ticket with one set of numbers.
