Thought I would post this for the utter randomness of the situation.

Whilst out running this evening, I was on my way back down to the EDT and ran in between two yoofs. As I went past them one of them timed it perfectly, and I presume it was a dog leash or something, totally spanked my ass with with the lead!

I did a comedy run for a few paces whilst in shock! I know the dangers of running at night but risk of spanking never really crossed my mind!

Hmm I might just do that! He might offer to protect my honour whilst out running (in my dreams)

In answer to all other queries; no, didn't like it, didn't pay for it, was done on purpose.

    • i think I have seen that animal rescue charities can use old towels/sheets etc. Can anyone give me the address of one that I can donate them to - or do they collect?

Kids are sick from time to time.  We all were.  We all are occasionally.  Unless there is a serious outbreak of a bug that can potentially hospitalise a lot of people, then public health will not get involved. For your own benefit you can always visit the cafe and check out their scores on the doors food safety rating and if they are not displaying one, question why. A few years ago there was a large e coli outbreak at the Glastonbury festival, cows graze the land and some festival goers were not being too hygienic.  A reminder to us all to wash our hands etc.  with COVID this should be second nature
