TillieTrotter
I had to turn BBC 3 down for a second which lost me a glance at Pendulum. Frigging annoying. Eliza.D
I was too busy telling my son and his sleepover friends to shut up and get some bloody sleep. Fireworks? anyday. And they woke up really early too. mightyroar
I'm with Tillie on this one. A missed minute of Pendulum is a source of serious distress for me too. dv1
Oh calm down - it's not exactly every weekend. Don't the constant emergency services sirens cause you more of a disturbance? Oh not, that would be very non pc... Pickle
The fireworks provided a welcome distraction for my 2.5 year old son, who was wide awake suffering from the chicken pox scratching himself to pieces! We were able to see them from our loft and enjoyed the show. My little girl slept right through them. Just noticed it is still light out! Oh well, no fireworks then?! Just kidding, I don't mind them usually, just not on the evenings when I have kids in bed but we got over it, and no doubt I shall be moaning again the next time it happens!
