LondonMix
I think its Forest Hill Road rather than Lordship Lane. Even so, its really not grotty at all. Not super fancy but very decent little shopping strip. HappyFamily
Not sure why this is deemed property madness. I appreciate the shed looks awful but the developer is clearly not buying that so don't get duped by the headline! The piece explains they are buying the land it sits on and then building a house and selling for a lot more than 400k. These kind of lots go all the time at auction. If you can afford the initial purchase you make a very nice turn indeed. Not property madness but perfectly normal for a developer - it's what they do ! I say fair play as in this case the developer makes money and a previously horrible area gives someone a nice home instead Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/75999-ed-derelict-shack-sold/#findComment-905576 Share on other sites
LondonMix
Land with planning permission for a two bed house is bound to be expensive! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/75999-ed-derelict-shack-sold/#findComment-905773 Share on other sites
