My kids (4 and 2) also love doing the poses off Waybuloo. I was thinking about getting them a yoga video from Father Christmas, but the ones on Amazon seem to get mixed reviews. Anyone bought a yoga vid they would particularly recommend (or not)?

Will check out the classes mentioned above, too, thanks - though not sure my kids would last the distance with a whole class...

Great to see all this interest in yoga for children. Yes its true - it does exist... and works wonders!

Please see my website www.yogabeez.com for details about classes in the area.

The nearest studio classes are currently in Brockley and Beckenham (various classes for ages ranging from 3 - 12 yrs).

We are however looking to start up a parent and child class in East Dulwich if there is enough interest. This would be a morning class running during term times - 6 sessions for ?42, focussing primarily on the child's yoga.

If you are interested please email me on [email protected].

Namaste :))

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
