Hello there, I am not sure if I am posting this in the right place or not but my husband says it will get moved if its in the wrong bit, so here goes. I work off Peckham High Street on Bournemouth Road, and since February there has been two stray cats that live together under some arches. They are in beautiful condition and are friendly but cautious. Locals feed them and I think Celia Hammond have also helped out. When I spoke with the lovely old lady who looks after them today she said that Celia Hammond had neutered the cats but had no plans to rehome them. The old lady also told me that she is being rehoused soon and is worried about who will feed them when she has gone.

With it coming up to winter soon, I am getting very concerned about them both. I would have them in a heartbeat, but I think my two feline friends would not be happy about this!

Any ideas? I have been in touch with Celia Hammond in the past and the lady who called me asked if I knew anyone who would fancy taking them on, so I am sure they would help with the rehoming of the cats.

Does anyone want to rehome them? One of them is fluffy and pure black - stunning. And the other one is white with patches of grey tabby. The lady who feeds them told me that they were really very timid at first, but they are clearly not anymore and with alot of work they could be lovely pets.

I had to post about them as they really are on my mind and I was hoping there might be someone out there who could help? With winter coming up I think it would be rotten for the poor cats to be literally on the streets.

Any help or advice much appreciated!

Charlotte

Hi Charlotte.

Rest assured that they're stalking a prospective target/owner under a meticulous surveillance operation as we speak. Cats are born survivors. They'll most probably find an elderly or unmarried woman who'll look after and pamper them until her death. The cats will then eat her corpse.

Lee Rocker ? Honaloochie, what happened to Setzer and the rest. I saw them around 87-89 then again about 10 years ago, Setzer looked like he'd hit the JD a bit to hard. Great band live though.
