Getting in touch with Admin

I have been trying to contact Admin. but have failed miserably. Email was impossible as, after I'd tediously typed up my (rather long) message and given email address etc., the "pop-up" box wanted further information (to do with servers?) which I haven't a clue about. I then attempted a PM - addressed to "Admin"...but that did not work either. How may I send Admin a message please? Admin? Anybody?

If your email syste's not working then best send a PM to Administrator (not Admin), that will get through to him/her.

pop up in admin's inbox.
