nikki73 replied to little h's topic in The Family Room Discussion

I am looking at buying name tags for putting on clothes. Any good companies out there? Assuming iron on is the best option and woven the best quality? Any tips gratefully received. thanks.

Anyone been on Eurostar with a todder?
nikki73 replied to verds's topic in The Family Room Discussion
We ve done it with 2 kids one 2+ and a baby a couple of times. It's a bit cramped if the train is full but it is a relatively short journey.you could try booking the seats facing each other although at peak times you might end up with another family with kids. If money is an issue I wouldn't bother booking the extra seat, unless perhaps you re on the Eurodisney train which is packed with families.if you go to the seating plan, you ll get a feel for how busy your train is. Good luck! -

Thanks Pickle that's very sweet of you. Could be my scales. Weighed myself again this morning and I am 2kg lighter than yesterday! I am going to put them away for a week, stick to the plan, buy kitchen scales and a pedometer. I will make this work! Fed up wearing baggy clothes.

Will pm Renata to see if she knows more.

Thanks Pebbles. Your post made me laugh. used all my points but had to do some guessing work, always rounded up not down. Hoping it's the previous weeks intake showing up now. Going to stock up on chocolate rice cakes and chocolate ww nibbles to keep my spirits up:)

Week 1 and I've put on 1.5kg!! Very disappointed. Stayed within points, made it to gym once... oh well, at least my diet is more healthy.

I enquired at peckham rye today and they said they didn't know. I am dreading the summer without access to a 1 o'clock club.

well done Bb! Couple of questions. There's a tool that allows you to enter up to three ingredients and it searches for recipes for you. Came across it the first day but can't find it again. Also this is for way later but what does the maintenance phase consist of?

Thanks Pebbles. Yes I do have a smartphone but it's just me that's not that smart when it comes to technology! I've figured out the exercise points now. Good way of staying motivated. I think I'd struggle on the daily points alone but hoping that with the weekly points thrown in I can survive the day without starving:) Will let you know progress in a week's time. Good luck. xn

Started today! Finding all the log keeping quite time consuming with two little ones to look after but it must get easier?! Also not quite clear on how the exercise points work but it is making me think more about what I eat which must be a good start.
