  1. Really? I prefer the machines. They're very fast and efficient if you can use them properly.
  2. Big(unlurked)Wolf.
  3. I'd ring 101, just to be sure.
  4. Have you changed the wireless channel, Jeremy? If you have a clash with a neighbour you'll get a very poor signal.
  5. That's a 'spit roast', KK.

  7. I thought they were usually framework contracts? So a number of contractors would be available for any given job.
  8. Are you actually (grudgingly) saying something nice about the LibDems, unlurked?
  9. "Coldplay?s Chris Martin has massive steak for breakfast" http://newsthump.com/2014/03/26/coldplays-chris-martin-has-massive-steak-for-breakfast/ ?Look, I?m sad about a Gwyneth and that, but at the same time I?m excited about the bright future I have full of steaks, burgers and kebabs.? ?Oh God, barbecues ? I can have barbecues again!?
  10. I only heard the last 10 mins or so. Cleggy sounded too earnest (and a bit boring), but Farage sounded a tadge unhinged. Personally, I think the UK would be mad to come out of the EU. There's a lot wrong about the EU, but the advantages still far outweigh the disadvantages.

But you could have a mesh of routers and a leased line or two to the net. though, as El Pibe suggested earlier.
  12. Is that official height, James? Whose waist? There's a bit of difference between Kylie Minogue and Peter Crouch when it comes to waist heights.

For something on this scale you'd probably want a leased line/MPRS link straight from a comms provider.
  15. Their website seems to be based in the Bahamas. Curious.
  16. Bit like chopping your hand off to get rid of a splinter, though.

Isn't is the other way around? We need to get the economy to recover so we can close the gap between wages and living costs?

I don't that is entirely true - or at least not in reverse. I have a big problem with an animal being chased across the countryside for half an hour until it is exhausted before being ripped to shreds by a pack of dogs. I have less of a problem with shooting, especially things like game birds, etc. Maybe it's a touch hypocritical of me, but I think there is a difference.

It would (hopefully) push businesses out of the SE and up north where a) they are desperately needed and b) there is more (and cheaper) housing available.

Don't like the very concept of hunting and I'm not a Tory, so no.

But, the rules of politics say you must oppose something and it seems there wasn't a lot in the Budget they could complain about. All Labour had on the evening of the budget was to be 'terribly appalled' at Grant Schapps' tweet, which was a bit of storm in a teacup itself.

I read (Guardian, I think) somewhere that the average pension pot in the UK is about ?30k. So your average annuity will pay out the princely sum of ?1800 PER YEAR.

The opposition to this generally falls into two camps. 1) Those that are more worried about foxes being chased around the countryside and ripped to shreds, like foxy 2) Those that are more concerned that it is being done by 'Toffs', like unlurked seems to. More power to the first group. I have zero time for the second type.
