  1. Dulwich Fox, Organic Village will deliver. They have a thread or a post on here somewhere where they say that, and if memory serves they also have a Facebook page giving details. Good luck! ETA: Ooops sorry hadn't seen the post above referring to their Facebook page! ETA: /forum/read.php?30,2105650

However they say the ale (and cider and lager) will keep for a week. Excellent value at ?8 for a four pint container, with free delivery.
  3. I have loads of little tadpoles! So happy! Thanks for the spawn, Lynne! :)

  7. Yes they are thoughtless and selfish. But the government has not given a strong enough message about why this is not OK. Aka you are potentially killing yourself, your relatives, your friends and ultimately everybody.
  8. Just seen that Brockwell Park is closed tomorrow (Sunday) after 3000 people turned up today. We are looking at a very long lockdown at this rate :( And many avoidable deaths :( There needs to be a much stronger government message, but it's now too little too late :(

  10. These have now gone, subject to (contactless) collection!! I'm amazed and delighted!! :)

  12. A couple of Christmases ago, my daughter gave me some carbolic soap and a scrubbing brush (as a joke, I hasten to add!) I gave them back to her last Christmas, but much to my surprise she didn't want them :)) I still have them. Can anybody make use of them? They are triple wrapped and have been sitting outside my back door for over a year, due to the smell of the carbolic :)) If so, please PM me and I can leave them outside my house for you to contactlessly collect , otherwise much as I hate waste they are going to be binned.
  13. I read somewhere that A&E have different entrances, reception etc for Covid-19 patients and other patients. I don't know if this is the case at King's (if that's where you would be going). I realise that obviously there is still a huge concern, but it's about weighing up relative risks I think. Your son might want to consider changing his GP, who sounds unhelpful. I agree try the pharmacy who dispensed the previous antibiotics prescription. I do hope that you and your son can sort this out quickly and with not too much further stress.

But I hope they will use their discretion if there are unusual circumstances (eg I don't know if it was on here, but I read of a couple where one was partially sighted and the other had mobility issues, and they needed to shop as a pair so that they could each help the other).

You'd have to have a pretty big garden, surely?

They need to edit the title/heading! Then there would be no confusion!
  17. Dulwich Fox, I had chicken pox twice :)
  18. Sorry double posted.

But there has been no guidance about what you can or can't buy online? A lot of businesses will fold if they can't sell online.

  21. Could it just be that whoever drafted 5(8) wasn't sufficiently careful about the wording?

You can buy them online, eg from John Lewis or Amazon (and I expect many other places).

The driver did take back one item from us. vic.ham, sorry, keep meaning to go through my inbox and delete loads of stuff, I'll delete a few posts now.
