Interesting website, though no mention of things like food, prices or menus :) Thanks, I'll have the Chinese proverb please (with whose sentiments I fully agree and in fact adhere to :)) ) Let's hope there's not more than one Chinese proverb up as I couldn't be arsed to watch the whole lot .....

  7. I'm sitting in my house and nobody has kicked in the door yet this morning. Amazing. It can only be a matter of time though, so I'm making plans to move to a less dangerous area like John 0' Groats.

    Plaxo

Can anybody explain this to me? :-$ I keep getting people I barely recall asking me to connect with them on Plaxo. Eg just had an old work colleague. But the worrying thing is Plaxo seems to have the whole of my email address book online and asks me if I want to connect with these people via Plaxo (don't worry any Goose people, my Goose email database is on a Word document). Is there any point to Plaxo? Is it different to Facebook?

Domitianus Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Posters might be interested in the Bystander > Effect, in particular the notorious Kitty Genovese > case. > xxxxxxx Yeh was going to mention that but couldn't remember the name, except I think it was in New York and she was murdered in a stairwell or courtyard overlooked by loads of windows, and none of the neighbours even bothered to call the police, let alone go to help.
