  1. You could try dead sea skin products - they can sometimes help. A German acquaintance actually gets trips to Dead Sea funded by her gp equivalent.
  2. You're so right, Tarot. Jason and the Argonauts terrified me when the skeletons jumped up.

  16. Alas, I'm old enough. First thing that happened was that my photo of George Harrison fluttered off the bedroom wall on to my head and woke me up. Second was dear old Jimmy Young played my fave Beatle track on the way to school (There are places). Lastly, when I got home from school, I heard the news - couldn't believe it.
  17. Try looking at YHA places. There is one in Thurnham, Kent (not far from Leeds Castle as it happens) which is also near a jolly good pub.
  18. I could be wrong (ususally am) but I thought the names on the vandalised and dismantled monument were transferred to the new one by the southern gates. I certainly think the original area should be preserved and honoured appropriately, but unless you disinter the bodies and go for full dna process (a la Prince Philip and Romanovs) I don't see how you will identify the unmarked graves. My opinion is that it's not appropriate to do this - let them rest in peace literally.
  19. Hi James, re suggestions for side pavements that need gritting, may I suggest the path that runs diagonally down the side of Goose Green playground? It still has impacted ice on it this evening and is a route used by many children on their way to the park and St John's School. thanks PGC
