I'm having Redwoods celebration roast from Holland & Barrett. Vegetarian turkey slices, vegetarian sausages wrapped in vegetarian bacon, with lots of veg & vegetarian gravy, delicious. Carphone warehouse in Peckham is probably the nearest place to buy one.

I use the 343 or 484 (whatever comes first), in both directions, six days a week. The 343 nearly always comes first, at any time of the day. In fact, even if I just miss a 343, another one usually arrives before a 484. It is a much more reliable service & the drivers are a lot more 'passenger friendly'.

The 484 is run by 'Abellio' now, the same as the 343, which follows a similar route but is much more reliable.

X Factor has been a bit of a shambles this year without Simon Cowell. Still loved every minute of it. I've said it before, so I'll say it again one last time................ LITTLE MIX TO WIN ! :))

Garlic mushrooms with dip makes a nice starter.

Unfortunately for Misha, she was never going to make the final, due to her unpopularity with the public. A shame, because she was the best singer in the competition. I'm happy though. My favourites are still in. Little Mix to win :))

After a couple of weeks of deliberating, I decided to go talk to the vet & express my worries. He actually agreed that the whole course of vaccines do not have to be administered every year, due to a change of policy. Distemper/hardpad/parvo boosters do last longer so only need repeating at 3 yearly intervals. However lepto/parainfluenza & kennel cough do need doing yearly, so I'm getting those done. I'm really happy that my dogs will be protected, without being given unnecessary drugs that they don't need. I don't know if this applies to all vets, but I suggest you ask them to explain their vaccination programme, if you are worried about over-vaccination.
