  1. And still the only 100% record in the land :)-D One to keep in mind.
  2. Come on the Leeds tonight. Let's make it 6 in a row.
  3. I know you know where it is, I was just pointing zephyr in the right direction as they thought I was talking about the Dog Kennel Hill site
  4. That's not the area I am talking about. This is behind Dulwich Hamlet junior school in the village.
  5. Which footy club would that be?
  6. I was reading a post on another thread & it got me thinking, when I was a young pup & used to go to Dulwich Hamlet, there was a large grassed area that backed on to the school that was always called Sainsbury's field. I remember that they used to make us walk round it picking up litter (and I think we enjoyed it!!). That was probably around (alot of) years ago I was just wondering if they still owned it, or if they ever owned it (it could be just a name). I know it's definitely still there but I was just curious if anyone knows?
  7. Aahh the right click forgot all about that :-$ & the pressing the CTRL doesn't work (for me anyways), agreed it would be nice to have the choice in options
  8. The last butchers that I remember was on North Cross rd. Can't recall the name tho.
  9. It was a lovely grand looking house in its day and as they reckon it is the last one of its kind in England it is surely worth saving & restoring. I've attached a couple of pics from its prime.
  10. How about in the forum settiings you can have the choice so that when you click on a link it opens another window instead of taking you away from the EDF. Great site by the way.
  11. coz we all look at them with disdain
  12. Now I don't want anyone to start shouting at me (well I don't care really), but come the next England game & Wayne Rooney is fit, I feel that he shouldn't take Heskey's place. Don't get me wrong I think Rooney is one of the best footballing talents we've got,but I am an even bigger believer in "If it aint broke....". I reckon that these last 2 games are the most balanced we've looked in a long long time.

  14. Cheerz matey, It's a shame we can't do a little league of our own where you get 1 pt for predicting the result i.e (home win, draw etc) & 3 pts for correct score!
  15. SeanMacGabhann Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- 3 out of 5 results predicted the right way tho :))
  16. Ladygooner Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- Me old mate Android17 got the Iceland score right too
  17. Surely my point has got to be worth double [;-)] as no one even predicted that Scotland would win let alone get the right score B)
  18. 1-1 or 2-2 me thinks, let's go with 2-2, a Berbatov double with Van Persie & Eduardo (who comes on as sub & gets the equalizer) & both goals set up by Fabregas. Jol & Wenger to have another touchline row & end up throwing water or squirting that drink over each other & both getting sent to the stands by the ref. Quite an enjoyable game I'd say!! :))
  19. A record & cd store. Don't think we've ever had one!! Except when the electrical shop at the Plough used to sell a few 7" many many many moons ago. I know we are in the age of the download now but there is nothing like holding an album & popping it in a cd player or on a record player. :))
  20. You took the words right out of my mouth.
  21. England v Russia 2-1 Scotland v France 1-0 Iceland v Northern Ireland 0-3 Slovakia v Wales 1-0 Czech Republic v Rep of Ireland 3-2
  22. I think it's from the Plough up to Underhill rd, but I heard it was going to last for about 3 months. (I hope I'm wrong)
  23. Does anyone know if I play 4-5-1 today if I would be allowed to change formation to say 3-5-2 for the following day,(I know you CAN but do the points count) or are you stuck with it until the next gameweek?
  24. Made plans with friends earlier on today to go on Tuesday night. It will be my first time watching the Hamlet, but will be looking to make it a regular outing this season. Quite looking forward to it.
